Raiders and non-raiders alike have opportunities to snag some excellent iLevel 378 (and 391) gear in patch 4.2. If you’d like to gear up for raiding but don’t have a dedicated team, throw yourself into the new Mount Hyjal daily quest hub to cover yourself with epic purpz before trying out for a slot on a raiding team.
Disc priests have pretty terrible itemization on the Firelands raid drops, so gird your loins to beat the shit out of encroaching mages, spriests, and the like for your gear.

Cleansing Flame Set Bonuses:

Disciplinary Action 
The items marked as Unknown in the list above are either trash drops or part of a “shared boss item pool”. Those items which are marked as BoE are the trash drops (like Apparatus of Kaz’goroth), while those which are BoP (like the Smoldering Censer of Purity) are on the item list of Beth’tilac, Shannox, Rhyolith and Alysrazor. Each of them has a chance to drop one of these items.
To obtain Heroic versions of the BoE trash drops, you have to buy the Heroic one from the Crystallized Firestone Vendor (at the portal into the Firelands raids) by trading in the non-heroic version plus Crystallized Firestone.
Heroic Versions of the BoP items (those shared by the first four bosses) are obtained by defeating one of these bosses in hard mode.
