Goddammit.
THE NEW PATCH is (moderately) filled with (minor-league) excitement, but many of us can’t enjoy the pew-pew deliciousness of Random Battlegrounds as we’re stuck on the loading screen.
This Windows workaround has been working for me, though it requires shutting down WoW and re-application every time you zone into a city:
- Hit the ‘Start’ menu and select ‘Run’
- Type ‘cmd’
- When your command console pops up, type ‘ipconfig/flushdns’
If you get locked out again, shut down and lather, rinse, repeat.
